形態特徵

• Suffruticose herbs to 30 cm tall.
• Leaves alternate, coriaceous, ovate-oblong, 3-6 cm long, 2.5-4.5 cm broad, apex acute, base decurrent, margins with remote minute teeth, deep green above; petiole 3-4 cm long. Racemes 5-10 flowered; peduncle ca. 6-10 cm long, scales 1 or 2.
• Flowers 10–12 mm across; pedicel 4 mm long, bract 1, linear; calyx segments lanceolate, 4–6 mm long, 2 mm wide, acute; petals obovate- oblong, 5–6.5 mm long, 3–5 mm wide, rounded at apex; filaments glabrous; ovary depressed-globose, 3.5 mm across; style exserted.
• Capsules 6–8 mm across.

• 台灣 : at mid elevations.
• 世界 : Korea, Japan, NE. China.
